2. You do not need the court to determine any incidental matters such as child custody or support, community property partition, or spousal support; and

In general, an uncontested divorce in Louisiana can be completed within two to three months. This duration depends on many factors. Some factors include your spouse’s willingness to sign a waiver of service and the time it takes the court to process your cases.
